When will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after shipment. Carrier or customs delays may affect the estimate.

How do I track my order?

Use “Track Your Order” in the footer or the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to activate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us immediately. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships.

How do I choose a size?

Use the product-specific measurements and our Size Guide. Product measurements take priority because fit varies by style.

Can I return an item?

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days after delivery. See Returns & Refunds for all conditions.

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
