Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund. By placing an order with Aurleen, you agree to the terms below.
Before You Order
- Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing.
- All refund or replacement requests must be approved by our support team. To start a request, email support@aurleen.com with your order number and supporting details.
Reporting a Problem (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)
- Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
- Your request must include clear photo or video evidence showing the issue (and the shipping label/packaging where relevant).
- Because of our fulfillment structure, you do not need to ship the item back. Once your evidence is reviewed and approved, we will make it right.
How We Resolve Approved Issues
For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer — at our discretion:
- A free replacement, or
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit, where applicable.
Refunds Are Issued Only For:
- Items that arrive defective
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect items received (wrong product)
Refunds Are Not Available For:
- Incorrect size selection or fit issues (please use our size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or seasonal/peak demand
- Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and personalized items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After this window, orders are sent to fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.
