Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Start a return

Email support@aurleen.com with your order number and reason. We normally reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Aurleen covers return shipping when the item is wrong, defective, or damaged in transit. For all other approved returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and products clearly marked non-returnable cannot be returned, except where required by law.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request reaches us before shipment.
